Dewi Rajvaq (デウィ．ラ-ジュウパグ) is the daugther a Society Outrage manga character and like Amy Othman, she is another swornfriend of Phoenix Lau and play a vital role in both Phoenix's and Amy's life from their early childhood. Like Phoenix, she came from a moderate family with her father once worked as a police officer in Kepong. With her father strong pride and belief in justice, Dewi believed that good deeds and responsibly will end the corruption. Best known for her high charisma, confidence and passionate personality, Dewi is much athletic and highly stamina than the Perpaduan Sisterhood trio due to her hyper active in sports and highly motivational as she won most champion ships in sports, especially Taekwondoo and archery ; making her as one of the founder of her high school club KEGC and one of the club main five Brawlers.

CHARACTER INFORMATION

APPEARANCE

Dewi has a unique hairstyle as her hair combined both Bob long and Dutch hair tied hair (Which is Very common in most Indian community). She is also described to be tall, seconds to Phoenix. She often wear Sari with few Peacock design as her sari's main design as well her long blue jeans, which is coverd by the unique skirt(short in front while long at her rear). Dewi is also wear her gloves which written on her plates on her gloves. Each plates are written in Bahasa Melayu and both has virtue theme on it (With Adil(Justice) on her right hand while Saksama(Righteous) on her left). Dewi also wear sports sneakers as well as her waist rings which became the main accessories that surrounded her gloves.

While outdoors, Dewi wears vest and sleeveless t-shirt like most teenagers. She also wearing the long jeans with a short skirt to cover her jeans and her purple and white sport sneakers shoes. Like Phoenix attire, her skirt was short in the front while the rear part is much longer, with it cover the rear part which reach until her lower tight near to the knee/calf.

PERSONALITY

Cheerful and optimistic, Dewi is one of the laid back yet tough girl. Her resilient personality often out matched some men and often looking for a fight whoever she thinks has a gut. . Unlike her sworn sisters who seek for reason, Dewi usually prefer to charge the line and face her rival head to head, without recognition her rival strength. Her rough ways to deal problems made her friends and family worried that she would lose her girlish side .However despite her brash tomboyish temper, Dewi is straight forward and honest girl whom belief that integrity and honesty is important to see reason form her, claiming that lying would only makes things confusing and irritating.

Despite Dewi's rash looking and strong from the outside, she has a tender and sensitive side which always care for others whom she is vowed to protect.(Especially her sworn sisters.) This is also shown that despite her strong will, Dewi can be easily frail when she saw something she fear and saw the pain of others inflicted by unjust. Dewi also taking the mission in heart as she will sincerely to do wahtever it takes to deal with it, even it would meant to risk her everything. Also, she can be easily embarrased towards to something which she found almost embarrassing, especially when talked about the relationships and her complex family tree(like her young nephew Avril) that caused confusion in her peers. Due to her courageous and heroic deeds, Dewi is admired by most peers around her.

BACKGROUND

CHILDHOOD

Dewi is lived in the middle class family which her family is a descendant of the rubber estate owner,. Her family is also has strong alliance with her distant relatives in Singapore and Kedah. With father promoted as a police sergeant in Kepong, Dewi and her family moved to Kepong and became the permanent resident ever since. Inspired by her father's job which his duty is to protect people from harm, Dewi told her parents that someday she can be a policewoman to serve the community and bring justice to the neighborhood she beloved. To achieve her dream, Dewi would have to go through a rigid training served by her own father, to be the best of all best by playing sports. Her rigid training also made her mother worried over her tomboyish personality spoiled her womanhood after her worse cooking and sewing displayed.

THE PERPADUAN SISTERHOOD & THE KEGC

Dewi join the neighborhood to play football with the boy player and her skills was impressive with 7 goals in just mere half time of the match. Her sportsmanship with other players were impressed by Amy and Phoenix whom also an audience after school. While on her way home, she accidentally fell while she cycle her bicycle too fast and injured her left ankle. Thanks to Amy and Dewi, she was taken by to the nearby clinic for her fast treatment(Fortunately it is a minor injuries). To repay the kindness, Dewi decided to treat her later friends for the dinner in her father's stall, which Amy and Phoenix agree to accept her offer.

During the dinner, Dewi got to form the Perpaduan Sisterhood a pledge of sisterhood of trio to vow themselves as the sworn sisters to unite at all cause and help each other. Much to Phoenix curiosity, Amy With all decided, Dewi and others cheer their Teh Tarik drinks to form the unity friendship and fulfill the their promise. And since then, the trio often seen together each other and share their thought together.

Year 2000, the trio has graduated their schools and such coincidence as the they entered the same school that they administrated with, Taman Ehsan High School(also known SMKTE) and they formed the club which is exclusive for the girls and under the fund from her foster grandfather, Omar, known as the Kancil Ehsan Girl Club.

FOUNDING KEGC AND RIVALRY WITH RYO INCHIRO(1995-2000)

By the time the club was founded, Dewi took her role as the Right-Hand vice president which she take the peers and the handle the funds of the club, which Dewi also handle the members affairs and the resource while she is in charge. Dewi's club was so influential until the club was spark a shot feud with 21 Elite Scholars of Ehsan and the Student Concil which led by also her undefeated sportsman streak in every game she play. Dewi usually align with the library club and Soccer Club whom she found them much more energetic than any club she tag along with. She was nicknamed the Excel Sports Tigress due to her expert marksman in sports. During the club recruitment, Dewi also once fought against Yasmin.

On April 6th , Dewi attended to the club meeting with both Amy and Phoenix abut the new school policy. During the meeting, Dewi was told that the school now introduced to a new policy which also inroduced about the student aboard. Prior the meeting, Dewi also leanred that Amy's elder brother Mat Othman was defeated by a new student, Ryo Inchiro During the dinner, Dewi got an idea which Amy was embarrass about, form the Perpaduan Sisterhood, to which vow themselves as the sworn sisters to unite at all cause and help each other. With all decided, Dewi and others cheer their Teh Tarik drinks to form the unity friendship and fulfill the their promise. And since then, the trio often seen together each other and share their thought together.

Soon after the foundations, Dewi organised with Phoenix about her duo group which the known as Confidence and Courageous Girls, much known as CC(Literary it also made famous short words for internet cafe in Malaysia). The CC which she and Phoenix were about a duo(also a preference of their duty as the founders of the KEGC) took their duty as consult the non-Muslim students in SMKTE. As she was also the one who hang out and chat with Phoenix as they shared their pass time while they both on duty, Dewi is also .

THE GOLDEN TIGER INVASION INCIDENT & BATTLE WITH BLOOD PHOENIX(2000)

12 weeks after they pledge an allience with Ryo Inchiro, Taman Ehsan High School was suddenly under siege by the group the gangsters named Golden Tiger Gang, led by Kim Hu and Faris S.Said to demand something from the board of directors of the school. Due to the The group was later collaborated with Ryo to repel the the gangsters. Sadly, the numbers of the gang was so overwhelming and with all the students and staff became their hostage, Phoenix was separated from her students and dragged by one of the gang members to the classroom and to add up her horror, Phoenix was dragged away from the crowded.

In order to regain Phoenix conscience, Dewi and Amy was forced to fight against Phoenix. They both fought tooth and nail against Phoenix, until Phoenix kicked her right shoulder and instantly caused Dewi screamed in pain and fell onto the ground. As Phoenix grabbed her however, Dewi managed to escaped her grasp with her Gajah Headbutt, instantly stunned both her and Phoenix. Her injuries was too much for her and she had to stand aside from th sidelines while witnessed the violent battle between Phoenix and Amy. Fortunately, the girls was later rescued by McGrivern and Draco before landing a hard combo on Phoenix, seemly put her unconscious state with both Amy and Dewi shocked about her sudden rampage. Due to her heavy injuries, she was forced to lie on the skretcher from the paramedics and sent both her and Phoenix into the National hospital where she nurses her injuries.

AFTERMATH AND HOSPITALIZATION

In 2 weeks aftermath, Dewi is relief from her studies for her injured right shoulder recovery due to her previous fight against the dark Phoenix while Phoenix was sent to New York for 3 months. Even after the incident, Dewi is stilled questioned what had Phoenix had in mind and the reason of her being snapped, which she never seen Phoenix in that state before. Due to her shoulder condition was still in the "orange" state, Dewi was transferred to Singapore Central Hospital for 3 months before she can fully recovered. Prior her recovery, Dewi was wondered how Phoenix has been since her departure to New York and often received e-mails from Amy to send regards and the condition about the club ever since the aftermath of the incident. RETURN FROM INJURIES AND REUNION

While still nursing he injuries, Dewi came back to Taman Ehsan Academy to strengthen her resolve, to protect Amy from the rebellious student after the rumor went worst. Her return was shocked by both the KEGC remnants and the rebelling delinquents, much to the Student Concil's dismay. After settle down with all her might, the tense gotten strong with both KEGC and Student Concil head on as she finally revealed the hard evidence to against the corrupted Student Concil. According to her source, Dewi reported that the KEGC mole (general speaking, traitor), Kamilia Zaitun was received the bribe of the Student Council fund mostly supported by Mr.Marki's unknown fund resources to leak out the chaos within the KEGC, using the Student Council name to take an immediate advantage on it by hiring the delinquent to sabotage the debate contest.

Although the hard evidence alone enough to shocked both clubs, Marki managed to turn the tide by accusing Dewi that the evidences was a fluke, thus without any support eyewitnesses prior her recovery by adding up her absence to the club as part of the excuse. Dewi was enraged by Marki's insult and attempted to assault the sly teacher, which later halted by the loyal members of the KEGC, implied that her rage would only backfire the save. The conflict was soon ended after Omar Othman, the principle of the school finally recovered from the injuries

THE SUDDEN MASS STUDENT ABSENCE, VISIT TO SARAWAK & SINGAPORE(2003)

In 2003, Dewi's heard over the rumors about Amy resign her presidency of KEGC, she rushed to Amy's classroom during lunch break to hear her reason, which quicly understand about Amy's family campiagn in Borneo. In order to settle down the debate, she was told by Amy to stay in the school to support Phoenix.

PHOENIX's RETURN TO MALAYSIA (2001)

2 years after the drug was destroyed, the trio were soon graduated from Taman Ehsan Academy and went seperated ways. With Taro's unknown whereabouts also became his friends's concerns, Dewi reluctantly take Rushuna and friends as the part of KEGC fly to Heaven Rapture.

FIGHTING STYLE

Dewi didn't have any style in her fighting style, yet her fighting were self own which she can performed any styles she like with her series of kicks. Known for her duration and high sports, Dewi almost mastered every . Although Dewi managed to create her own street brawl fighting skills from her experience of Taekwondoo, M and even Shoot Wrestling, Dewi's favorite is using her arrow like ki to shoot any elemental arrows(fire and electric arrows are her favorites)

Known as her brute strength and strong endurance, Dewi is a powerhouse among the Perpaduan Sisters. One of her move, Gajah Headbutt is the only command moves which performed as both offensive and defensive term. • Similar to her sworn sisters Amy and Phoenix. Dewi's "Perpaduan Sisterhood" is literary based on Peach Garden Oath from Chinese fictional novel Romance of the Three Kingdoms which also based on the main 3 demography(Malay, Chinese and Indian) in Malaysia.

• Almost most of her fighting style is similar to the Malaysian Karate participant, Alagashan Nisha. However, to add up the varieties, she is also borrow most moves from other martial arts to add more detailed of her kick boxer moves. Such as the kicks from Taekwondo and most grapple moves from the Shoot Wrestling which focus on heavier attacks.

• Dewi is one of the few who would almost match Black Phoenix overwhelming strength and speed. Other than Taro and Draco(the males), Dewi is also one of the few female which Black Phoenix sudden regain her normal conscious and reluctant to attack her due to her sworn sorority.

• Dewi's wrist rings wre most adapted from one of the Hindu Indian's accessories besides her Justice gloves.

• In one concept art, Dewi is also supposed to have a darker self like Phoenix, loosely based on the New Face Team from the King of Fighters '97. Sadly, it was considered a scrap since the author found that this dark side simply a duplicated version of the Black Phoenix. Plus it wasn't even logic as Dewi is fight for justice, making her appearance evil isn't suit her personality. So Phoenix is the only KEGC founder possessed the dark powers due to her dark past.
